SHIPPING POLICY

Elezara is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

• All our products (unless marked as sold out) are stocked in our own warehouse. Most of them are ready to ship.We usually ship all orders within 4-5 business days.
• Made-to-order products will be dispatched in 3-6 weeksdepending on availability.
• Elezara offers COD facilities for ready to ship products. For Custom made orders COD facility is not available.
• Elezara offers free shipping within India on prepaid orders.
• We offer free international shipping on orders above ₹40,000.International shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out as per actual weight and destination.
• Once shipped, please allow 4-6 business days to deliver in India for most of the major cities in India.
• International shipments may take 8-15 business days.
• If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
• For certain remote locations in India, our courier / transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before completion of the billing transaction.
• Please note that while we try to process and deliver the orders asap, we do not offer guaranteed delivery time. We depend on logistics service providers, like DTDC, DHL, Bluedart for deliveries. Delay in deliveries due to regulatory, customs, natural calamities or logistical reasons will not be eligible for a return/refund claim.
  
  International Shipping
• For international shipments, the customer will have to pay import customs duty, if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. 
• For a single order placed, we normally combine multiple products in a single box. Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.
