 Return Policy

  • Returns or exchange will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
  • Please note, our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics are pure each saree requires very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
  • Apparel/ garments and fabrics cannot be returned.
  • Saree(s) cannot be exchanged/refunded if Fall-Pico is done.
  • Customized and Made to Order product(s) are not eligible for anyexchange/refund.
  • If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
  • Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding opening videos of the defect if any.
  • In the unlikely event if you find a defected item, you need to email us with an uncut/unedited opening video of thepackaging along with the return request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days.
    Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Elezara within 5 days.
  • Saree(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to-
    • A customer returning the saree unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact.
    • The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange.
    • Elezara reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such decision of company shall be final and binding.
    • There is no guarantee that an identical piece of the exchanged product, will be in stock.
    • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
  • You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits note.
  • You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.)
  • To and fro shipping charges will be applicable in case of overseas shipments.


  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
