• Shipping within India is free.
• Shipping outside India is chargeable and depends on the weight of the parcel.
• International Shipping above 40,000 INR will be free.

• Returns or exchange will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
• Apparel/ garments and fabrics cannot be returned.
• Customized and Made to Order product(s) are not eligible for anyexchange/refund.
• If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
• Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to info@elezara.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding opening videos of the defect if any.For details on returns and exchanges, please refer to theReturns and exchange policy on our website.
• Saree(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to- A customer returning the saree unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact. The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange. Elezara reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such decision of company shall be final and binding. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
• You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits note.
